This notice covers gttechsolutions.co.uk. GT Tech Solutions is a trading name of GT Automotive Group Ltd (company number 12416097), which is the data controller and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (reference ZB016114).
This website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no tracking or analytics. You can read every page without giving us anything.
If you email or ring us, we keep what you send us: your name, your business, your contact details and what you asked about. We use it only to reply, to arrange a demo and to keep a record of our conversation.
Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs of visits to the site (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run it securely. We do not use these logs to identify you.
We don't sell or share your details. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365 and our website is hosted by Netlify; both act only on our instructions.
Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 24 months. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as the contract runs and for six years after, as the law requires.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it.
